How's about some bbq for the later racers? Otherwise a great race, and more like traditional cross races. Having to cross creeks, go through the woods, etc was awesome.
yeah, sorry about the lunch running out. when is the optimal time to serve lunch though? it's tricky. the sponsor doesn't want the food to get cold as it's a bad representation of their product. we'll work on that.glad you came out to race.
Got me there. At least I showed up though. Nothing like getting shut out by the Georgia boys... bad. I still signed autographs... its just that by the time I finished racing, everyone had already gotten awards, packed up, and headed home. My fiance' was the only one who wanted one and that was just to make me feel better. :-)

i'll fill in the usac spreadsheet so everyone gets their points. give me until thu. to have them posted.
oh and that course was 100% the brainchild of everette herring. all i did was follow his stakes with tape. i wish i could claim designing it.

It looks as if this Rod character didnt get the cheese. It even looks as if he wasnt even the best Alabama racer....what a shame.
