If you're addicted, there is a race in Ga. this weekend- for more info go here. otherwise, go here to see music in the ham that makes you feel like your in Austin, TX or Athens,Ga. the bands thet book are truly amazing.
Hurley I can tell you that the course in Montgomery is @ Fain Park (a city softball complex provided to us by the City of Montgomery Parks and Recreation) For directions, look on the cycleescape.blogspot.com. The course has pavement, a gravel road and smooth grass. Going to have one set of double barriers and two short, steep run ups. Also just for fun and giggles, an off camber section. A cross bike will have a big advantage over an mtb bike (but all you mtb owners come and prove me wrong) and even team tactics could come into play (but note* this is NOT a grass crit). I really think that you will totally enjoy racing on this course and hope to see all there.
Rode the tenative finale cross course in Cullman and it is awesome!!!! Looking forward to seeing all for the remainder of events. Oh yeah, I believe the consensus now is Jarred is to race the 123's. ;) What da ya think, Jeff? I heard some of his lap times were faster than mine.
Workes for me, Jerrod wanted to ride in the A’s last race, but the official said he would have to get in contact with Joe Johnson in Georgia to Cat up. He’s only ranked a Cat4 in cross. As far as his lap times, I don’t know how they compare with the A’s but the kid is ALWAYS telling me there faster than mine (like I didn’t know) can’t get no respect. One more thing how would his points carry over?
